Overnight-Oats and Chia seed breakfast jar

Ingredients
Fine oats a small cup

Chia seeds again a small cup
200 ml almond, coconut or any milk of your choice

fresh berries and fruits

cinnamon or nutmeg

sweetner of choice (preferably stevia )

Instructions
Put oats and chia seeds some some fruits and sweetener(or honey ) in a bowl, fill up with milk, stir, and put into the fridge over night. Do the same for the chia seeds. Add purreed or finely  chopped fruits to one of the bowls for some nice color. I added strawberries here to the overnight oats.
The next Morning, layer in a jar  and serve with the  fruits, and a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
